Mobile Map Magnifier

Overview

Physical maps can be difficult to read for someone with visual impairments. This project aims to help someone with limited sight identify locations on a map. The mobile map magnifier should be able to zoom in onto map images taken on a camera. The application should use OCR to recognize names of places on the map and then highlight a similar region on google maps as a side comparison.
